What is Sheet Metal Fabrication?
Sheet metal fabrication is the manufacturing process where sheets of metal are machined through cutting, folding, and welding, and then assembled. The metal sheets are first cut using laser or plasma cutting. Next, folding and edging of the metal sheets, through various processes. Welding (or other joining procedures) is then used to join the parts in an assembly.

Bending
Bending involves deforming sheet metal along a straight axis to create a desired angle or shape, typically using press brakes or bending machines. It’s essential for producing parts like brackets, enclosures, and frames.
Roll forming
Roll forming is a continuous bending process where long strips of sheet metal are passed through a series of rollers to form complex cross-sections. It's ideal for high-volume production of consistent profiles like rails or channels.
Edging
Edging refines the edge of sheet metal for functionality or safety. We can produce round edge, rolled edge, square edge, slit edge, deburred edge.
Laser cutting
Laser cutting uses a focused laser beam to cut sheet metal with high precision and clean edges. It’s suitable for intricate shapes, small holes, and tight tolerances.
Plasma cutting
Plasma cutting uses a high-velocity jet of ionized gas to cut through electrically conductive metals. It’s faster than laser for thicker sheets but typically less precise.
Engraving
Engraving involves marking the surface of the metal with text, logos, or patterns using a laser or mechanical tool. Commonly used for identification, branding, or instructions on parts.
Stamping
Stamping uses dies and high pressure to shape or cut sheet metal. It’s ideal for high-volume production of parts with consistent shapes and features such as holes, embossing, or ribs.
